# Pause, deactivate, or activate a subscription on Roc Terminal+

Roc Terminal+ web portal

1. Log in to [https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login](https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login).
2. On the side menu, select **Virtual Terminal**.
3. From the **EPI** dropdown menu, select the endpoint identifier (EPI) of your virtual terminal.
4. Select **MANAGE**.
5. Select the **Recurring Billing** tab.

1. (Optional) Search for the subscription using one of the following criteria:
   - Payment ID
   - Customer’s phone number
   - Customer’s email address
   - Last four digits of the customer’s card
2. (Optional) Filter subscriptions based on the date you created them:
   - **ALL** - View all subscriptions.
   - **Recent** - View subscriptions that you created in the last 24 hours.
   - **Today** - View subscriptions that you created today.
   - **MTD** - View subscriptions that you created this month.
   - **YTD** - View subscriptions that you created this year.
   - **Yesterday** - View subscriptions that you created yesterday.
   - **Last Month** -View subscriptions that you created last month.
   - **Current Week** - View subscriptions that you created this week.
   - **Last Week** - View subscriptions that you created last week.
   - **Custom (Within Last 90 Days)** - View subscriptions that you created in the last 90 days. You can adjust the date range if you need to.
   - **Custom (Older Than 90 Days)** - View subscriptions that you created over 90 days ago. You can adjust the date range if you need to.
3. Select the payment ID.
4. Manage the customer’s subscription:
   - To pause the subscription, select **PAUSE**.
   - To deactivate the subscription, select **DEACTIVATE**.
   - To activate the subscription, select **ACTIVATE**.
