# Customize receipts for Roc Terminal+ on a device

Roc Terminal+ web portal

You can use the Roc Terminal+ web portal to customize your receipt header and footer for your device or virtual terminal:

- **Header** - Include your business address and your contact information
- **Footer** - Include your business policy and a thank you message

To customize the header and footer of your receipts, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to [https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login](https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login).
2. On the side menu, select **Device Management**.
3. (Optional) Search for your device or virtual terminal using one of the following criteria:
   - Endpoint identifier (EPI) of your device
   - Serial number of your device
   - Model number of your device
   - Doing Business As (DBA) name
   - Store name
4. Select the EPI of your device or virtual terminal.
5. Select **EDIT PARAMETERS**.
6. Select the **Receipt** tab, and then select the **Header/Footer** tab.

1. Edit the header and the footer:
   1. In the Header section, edit the header text. You can’t edit the DBA name in the header.
   2. In the Footer section, edit the footer text.
   3. (Optional) To add an additional line to the footer, select **Add**.
2. (Optional) To add a disclaimer to your receipts, turn on **Enable Disclaimer**.

**Note:** We recommend that you include disclaimers to protect against chargebacks and that you don’t modify the default disclaimer text.

1. (Optional) To view a preview of the changes, select **LOAD PREVIEW**.
2. Select **SAVE**.

If you customize the receipt header or footer for your device, you must download updates to your device. For more information about how to download updates, go to one of the following articles:

- If you are using a physical payment device, for example, Newland N950, N950S, or X800, go to one of the following articles:
