# Resend a receipt from the Roc Terminal+ mobile app

Roc Terminal+ mobile app

Use the Roc Terminal+ mobile app to resend a receipt for a transaction by email or SMS.

**Note:** You can't send a receipt for a declined transaction.

1. Select ![Switch terminal](https://support.payroc.com/assets/5467a0b02a14627d.png).
2. (Optional) If you have multiple store locations, select the store location, and then select **OK**.
3. Select **Devices**, select the EPI of the device that processed the transaction, and then select **OK**.
4. Select **Transactions**. The app displays recent transactions.
5. (Optional) To filter transactions, select ![Filter](https://support.payroc.com/assets/530fc448df294c95.png), set your filters, and then select **Apply**. You can filter by date, status, transaction type, and card type.
6. (Optional) To search for the transaction, select ![Search](https://support.payroc.com/assets/238691709a0d2c33.png). You can search by the last 4 digits of the card, the cardholder name, or the receipt reference number (RRN).

Select ![More options](https://support.payroc.com/assets/cb45ae30b7c04af2.png) next to the transaction, and then select one of the following:

- To send an email receipt, select **Email Receipt**, and then enter the customer's information.
- To send an SMS receipt, select **SMS Receipt**, and then enter the customer's information.
