# Refund a transaction on the Roc Terminal+ mobile app

Roc Terminal+ mobile app

Use the Roc Terminal+ mobile app to refund a transaction.

1. From the Sale screen, select [phone-icon].
2. Locate the transaction. For more information about searching for a transaction, go to [View transactions](https://support.payroc.com/en-US/core-products/roc-terminal-plus/mobile-app/view-transactions.md).
3. Select ![More options](https://support.payroc.com/assets/cb45ae30b7c04af2.png) next to the transaction, and then select **Issue Refund**.
4. Confirm the refund amount.
5. (Optional) Enter an email address and phone number for the receipt.
6. Select **Confirm**. We process the refund.
7. When the confirmation appears, select **OK**.
