# Void a transaction on your Roc Terminal+ device

Roc Terminal+ on N950, N950-S, and X800 devices

1. Tap **Sale** until the screen displays **Void**.
2. Type one of the following:
   - Transaction number from the receipt
   - Last four digits of the card number
3. Tap **Enter**.
4. Type the password, and then type **Enter**. The default password is the last four digits of the EPI, which the device displays on the screen.
5. Make sure that the transaction details are correct, and then tap **Confirm**.
6. Select a receipt method.
   - To print a physical copy of the receipt, tap **Print Receipt**.
   - To send a digital copy of the receipt, enter your customer's mobile number, and then tap **SMS Receipt**.
