# Void a transaction with dual pricing on your Roc Terminal+ device

Roc Terminal+ dual pricing on N950, N950-S, and X800 devices

> **Note:** You can void a transaction only if it is in an open batch.

1. Tap **Main Menu** ≡.
2. Tap **PAYMENT** > **CARD** > **VOID**.
3. Type the password, and then tap **Enter**. The default password is the last four digits of the EPI, which the device displays on the screen.
4. Type one of the following:
   - Transaction number from the receipt.
   - Last four digits of the card number.
5. Tap **Enter**.
6. Tap the transaction that you want to void.
7. Select a receipt method.
   - To print a physical copy of the receipt, tap **Print receipt**.
   - To send a digital copy, enter your customer’s mobile number, and then tap **SMS Receipt**.
