# Run a refund with dual pricing on your Roc Terminal+ device

Roc Terminal+ dual pricing on N950, N950-S, and X800 devices

1. Tap **Main Menu** ≡.
2. Tap **PAYMENT** > **CARD** > **REFUND**.
3. Type the refund amount, and then tap **Enter**.
4. Ask your customer to swipe, insert, or tap their card.
   1. To manually enter the card details, tap **Enter Manually**.
5. Select a receipt method.
   - To print a physical copy of the receipt, tap **Print receipt**.
   - To send a digital copy, enter your customer’s mobile number, and then tap **SMS Receipt**.
