# Run a referenced refund from the Virtual Terminal in Roc Services

You can use the Virtual Terminal in the Roc Services web portal to run a referenced refund.

1. Log in to [https://services.rocpos.com/login](https://services.rocpos.com/login).
2. From the navigation menu, select **Virtual Terminal**, and then select **Transaction History**.
3. (Optional) In the search box, enter the date of the transaction.
4. Select the transaction that you want to refund.
5. Select **Refund**.
6. Select **Full Refund**.
7. Select **Refund**.
