# Add a discount code in Roc Services

Roc Services web portal

> **Note:** The steps in this article apply only to the web app.

1. Log in to [https://services.rocpos.com/](https://services.rocpos.com/).
2. On the main menu, select **Settings**, and then select **Discounts**.
3. Select **Edit**, and then select **Add New**.
4. From the Discount Type menu, select one of the following discount types:
   - **PCT** – Percentage discount
   - **AMT** – Dollar amount
5. In the Discount Code text box, enter the discount code that you want to set for the discount.
6. In the Discount Value text box, enter a value for the discount.
7. In the Discount Label text box, enter the name of the discount.
8. Select the **Status** checkbox.
9. Select **Save**, and then select **Close**.
