# Unlock your Roc Services account

If you attempt to log in too many times with incorrect credentials, we automatically lock your account.

To unlock your Roc Services account, you must [reset your account password](https://support.payroc.com/en-US/core-products/roc-services/web-portal/getting-started/i-forgot-my-password-for-roc-services.md). If you still can't unlock your account, call us at **1-888-477-4500** or email us at [cs@payroc.com](mailto:cs@payroc.com).
