Edit a customer's details in Roc Services

You can use Roc Services to update the customer’s details, such as their name, email, and phone number.

To edit a customer's details, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
2. Select the first name of the customer that you want to edit.
3. Select Edit.
4. To edit the customer’s details, complete one of the following steps:
   • To edit the contact details, select the Information tab.
   • To edit the billing address, select the Billing Address tab.
   • To edit the shipping address, select the Shipping Address tab.

Note: If the customer has only one address for billing or shipping, you can’t delete the address.

5. Select Save.
