# Set up your Roc Giving account

Roc Giving

1. Find the welcome email that we sent you from [noreply@mail.giving.rocpos.com](mailto:noreply@mail.giving.rocpos.com). If you didn’t receive a welcome email, contact our Support Team at (615)-550-5523 or [givingsupport@corecommerce.com](mailto:support@rocpos.com).
2. On the welcome email, select **Finish Set Up**.
3. On the account registration page, create a password. For more information about passwords, go to [Password best practice](https://support.payroc.com/en-US/account-management/password-best-practice.md).
4. Reenter your password.
5. Accept the terms and conditions.
6. Select **Submit**. You’re automatically signed in to Roc Giving.
