# Reset your Roc Giving account password

Roc Giving

1. Go to [https://giving.rocpos.com/login](https://giving.rocpos.com/login).
2. Select **Forgot password?**
3. Enter your email address.
4. Select **Send**.
5. Find the password reset email that we sent you from [noreply@mail.giving.rocpos.com](mailto:noreply@mail.giving.rocpos.com). If you didn’t receive the email, select **Resend link** on the password reset page.
6. In your password reset email, select **Reset Your Password**.
7. Enter a new password. For more information about passwords, go to [Password best practice](https://support.payroc.com/en-US/account-management/password-best-practice.md).
8. Reenter your password.
9. Select **Submit**.
