# Deactivate a campaign in Roc Giving

Roc Giving

> **Important:** To deactivate a campaign, you must be an Org Admin or Manager.

When you deactivate a campaign, donors can no longer view the campaign, and you can no longer share the campaign. However, you can still view the campaign data.

1. Select![Menu](https://support.payroc.com/assets/903d17e149da691d.png), and then select **Campaigns**.
2. From the list of campaigns, locate the campaign that you want to deactivate.
3. From the Status column, select **Active**.
4. To deactivate the campaign, turn off the **Active** toggle.
5. Select **Save**.

> **Note:** You can't delete a campaign.
