# Customize your campaign policy

Roc Giving

> **Important:** To customize your campaign policy, you must be an Org Admin or Manager.

You can customize your campaign policy to align with your organization's guidelines, for example, you require that donors are a minimum of 18 years old. After you customize the policy, you can choose which campaigns you want to display the policy for.

> **Note:** You can set up only one policy that applies to all campaigns.

To customize and display your campaign policy, complete the following steps:

## Customize your campaign policy 

1. Select![Menu](https://support.payroc.com/assets/903d17e149da691d.png)> **Settings** > **Policies**.
2. From the Actions column, select **Edit**.
3. In the Policy Name box, update the policy name.
4. In the Policy Text box, update the policy description.
5. Select **Save**.

## Display your policy in a campaign 

1. Select![Menu](https://support.payroc.com/assets/903d17e149da691d.png), and then select **Campaigns**.
2. From the list of campaigns, select the campaign you want to display the policy for.
3. Select **Customize Your Campaign**, and then select **Options**.
4. Enable **Show Policies**.
5. Select **Save**.
