View and download an invoice from the Self-Care Portal

Self-Care Portal

Use the Billing section to view and download your monthly invoices from Worldnet. Each invoice shows the Invoice ID, month, year, date issued, total amount, and payment status.

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/ (opens in a new tab).
2. From the navigation menu, select Billing.
3. Find the invoice you want to view.
4. (Optional) Select DOWNLOAD next to the invoice.

If you selected DOWNLOAD, the invoice file downloads to your device.
