# Print a receipt from the Self-Care Portal

Self-Care Portal

Use the Self-Care Portal to print a receipt for a transaction. The steps you need to follow depend on the payment method the customer used and whether the transaction is in an open or closed batch:

## Print a receipt for a card transaction from an open batch 

1. Log in to [https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/](https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/).
2. In the navigation menu, select **Reporting**, and then select **Open Batch**.
3. Locate the transaction. If you need help finding it, go to [Search for a transaction].
4. From the action column, select [*action icon*], and then select **Print Receipt**.
5. Select **MERCHANT COPY** or **CARDHOLDER COPY**.
6. Use your printer to print the receipt.

## Print a receipt for a card transaction from a closed batch 

1. Log in to [https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/](https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/).
2. In the navigation menu, select **Reporting**, and then select **Closed Batch**.
3. Select the **Transactions** tab.
4. Locate the transaction. If you need help finding it, go to [Search for a closed batch].
5. From the action column, select [*action icon*], and then select **Print Receipt**.
6. Select **MERCHANT COPY** or **CARDHOLDER COPY**.
7. Use your printer to print the receipt.

## Print a receipt for a bank transfer transaction from an open batch 

1. Log in to [https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/](https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/).
2. In the navigation menu, select **Reporting**, and then select **Bank Transfers Open Batch**.
3. Locate the transaction. If you need help finding it, go to [Search for a transaction].
4. From the action column, select [*action icon*], and then select **Print Receipt**.
5. Select **CUSTOMER COPY**.
6. Use your printer to print the receipt.

## Print a receipt for a bank transfer transaction from a closed batch 

1. Log in to [https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/](https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/).
2. In the navigation menu, select **Reporting**, and then select **Bank Transfers Closed Batch**.
3. Select the **Transactions** tab.
4. Locate the transaction. If you need help finding it, go to [Search for a closed batch].
5. From the action column, select [*action icon*], and then select **Print Receipt**.
6. Select **CUSTOMER COPY**.
7. Use your printer to print the receipt.
