# Edit an enhanced data template on the Self-Care Portal

Self-Care Portal

You can edit an enhanced data template on the Self-Care Portal. To edit an enhanced data template, complete the following steps:

1. On the side menu, select **Settings**, and then select **Enhanced Data Templates**.
2. Select the template that you want to edit.
3. (Optional) To change the name of the template, edit the name of the template, and then select **SAVE**.
4. (Optional) To make the template the default, select **Set as Default**.
5. Select the **Enhanced Data** tab.

1. Edit the template, and then select **SAVE**.
