# View your payment links

Self-Care Portal

You can use the Self-Care Portal to view a list of payment links that you’ve created.  To view your payment links, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to [payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/](https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/).
2. From the side menu, select Customers, and then select **PayByLink**.
3. (Optional) Use the filter to locate a payment link. You can select **SAVE** to save your filter for future use.

The Self-Care Portal displays the following information about each payment link:

| Heading | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Merchant Reference | Reference number that you assigned to the payment link. |
| Creation Date | Date that you created the payment link. |
| Expiration Date | Last date that the customer can use the payment link to make a payment. |
| Auth Type | Indicates whether the payment link is for a sale or a pre-authorization. The value is one of the following options:  - **Payment** - Run a sale to immediately take payment from your customer's account. - **Pre-Auth** - Run a pre-authorization to temporarily hold funds in your customer's account. | Status | Status of the payment link. The value is one of the following statuses:  - **Open** - Link is active. - **Complete** - A customer has used the single-use link to make a payment. - **Expired** - Link has expired. - **Cancelled** - You have deactivated the link. |
| Amount | Amount of the link. If there isn't an amount for a payment link, customers must enter the amount when they pay. |
| Tokenize Payments | Indicates whether you gave your customer the option to save their payment details for future payments. |
| Action | Use the action menu to manage your payment link. Select one of the following options:  - **Link Details** - View and change your link settings.
