# View the dashboard on the Self-Care Portal

Self-Care Portal

The Self-Care Portal dashboard displays information about your payment activity, including live transactions and historical trends.

To view your dashboard, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to [https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/](https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/).
2. From the navigation menu, select **Dashboard**.
3. The dashboard opens and displays the following panes:
   - **Top Periods** — Peak transaction timeframes by month, week, day, or hour.
   - **Pie Chart** — Breakdown of transactions by card type, operator, or transaction outcome.
   - **Average Transaction** — Average transaction value, transaction count, or total value over time.
   - **Recent Transactions** — Live transactions as they are processed. This pane updates automatically. You don't need to refresh the page.

**Note:** Depending on your account configuration, the dashboard may not display all of the above panes.

1. (Optional) To enlarge a pane, select ![Expand](https://support.payroc.com/assets/fc7e36bcb1aa776e.png) .
2. (Optional) To configure the data that a pane displays, select ![Settings](https://support.payroc.com/assets/1cf8ba21743a43ed.png), update the options, and then select **UPDATE** to apply them.
