# View your ACH deposits and withdrawals on the ACHeck21 portal

ACHeck21

> **Note:** This report shows only deposits and withdrawals for Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.

To view the funds that we sent to or withdrew from your bank account, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to [https://gateway.acheck21.com/GlobalGateway/Login.aspx](https://gateway.acheck21.com/GlobalGateway/Login.aspx).
2. From the navigation menu, select **Processing** > **Settlement Activity** > **Disbursements**.
3. (Optional) To search for a deposit or withdrawal, use the following filters, and then select **Search**:
   - **Client** - Your business name or client ID.
   - **Batch #** - Unique identifier of the batch.
4. Date range - Date range for the deposits or withdrawals that you want to view.
5. (Optional) To view the details of a deposit or a withdrawal, select **Details**.
6. (Optional) To export the report to a CSV file, select **Export to CSV**.

## Content of the report 

The report includes the following details:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Name | Your business name. |
| Date | Date that we sent the funds to your bank account. |
| Batch # | Unique identifier of the batch. |
| Credit amount | Dollar amount that we sent to your bank account. |
| Debit amount | Dollar amount that we withdrew from your bank account. |
| Type | Indicates whether we sent funds to your bank account or withdrew funds from your bank account:  - **FUNDING** - We sent funds to your bank account. - **RETURN COLLECTION** - We withdrew funds from your bank account. |
| Return Status | Code that indicates why we withdrew funds from your account. |
| Details | Link to additional information about the deposit or withdrawal. |
