Dual pricing: Run a pre-authorization

Use Roc Terminal+ in dual pricing mode to hold an amount on your customer's card.

Tap Main Menu ≡.
Tap PAYMENT > CARD > AUTH.
Type the pre-authorization amount, and then tap Enter.
Ask your customer to swipe, insert, or tap their card.
- To manually enter the card details, tap Enter Manually.
Select a receipt method.
- To print a physical copy of the receipt, tap Print receipt.
- To send a digital copy, enter your customer's mobile number, and then tap SMS Receipt.
