Important: To customize your campaign policy, you must be an Org Admin or Manager.
You can customize your campaign policy to align with your organization's guidelines, for example, you require that donors are a minimum of 18 years old. After you customize the policy, you can choose which campaigns you want to display the policy for.
Note: You can set up only one policy that applies to all campaigns.
To customize and display your campaign policy, complete the following steps:
Customize your campaign policy
- Select
> Settings > Policies.
- From the Actions column, select Edit.
- In the Policy Name box, update the policy name.
- In the Policy Text box, update the policy description.
- Select Save.
Display your policy in a campaign
- Select
, and then select Campaigns.
- From the list of campaigns, select the campaign you want to display the policy for.
- Select Customize Your Campaign, and then select Options.
- Enable Show Policies.
- Select Save.
